LILO IS TO THIN!
I've seen pictures of Lindsay Lohen and thought she looked awful. It's so upsetting I'm a really big fan of hers and, like other girls, really look up to her. She appears emaciated and in my opinion, she may find it harder to find film work while she looks so thin. I think she's setting herself up for a breakdown like Britney Spears and should get help now before it's too late.
I CAN'T WAIT FOR BLUE'S REUNION! I'm so excited that Blue are re-forming for the 95.8 Capital FM Summertime Ball. I love them and have all their albums! I even used to have a mug with Duncan James on it and went to Butlins to see them. I'm good friends with Anthony Costa so hopefully after this gig, they'll be back performing full time!
IT'S NAPPY NEWS FOR SJP I read that Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are expecting twins with a surrogate. I can empathise with them as I can't get pregnant and think it's a lovely thing to do. I think adopting a child in need, like Angelina Jolie and Madonna, is a more constructive way of becoming a parent but I can understand that this route isn't for everyone.
CHERYL WILL BE A GREAT SOLO ARTIST Cheryl's apparently recording a solo single and I think she'll be brilliant. She has a great voice and she's a stunning girl, so I'm sure she'll sell millions of copies. Girls Aloud look fab in their Out Of Control tour pictures. I think Nicola Roberts is really coming into her own. I can see her taking the front seat for a while - it would be a good opportunity for her to take some of the credit she deserves!
I'M LOVING... The new Sanctum Soho Hotel on Warwick Street in London. I'm staying there next Thursday after my launch party. It's just gorgeous and I'm really excited!
MY DIARY Last week I celebrated my 27th birthday by going for a lovely spa day with my mum - we had such a great time! I've also been doing a load of publicity for my new book, Dying To Be Thin, which is out this week. I signed 500 copies last week in Sussex and have done some radio interviews too. I'm on Richard and Judy's New Position on Watch this Thursday, so tune in. I'm also having a joint birthday and book launch - I can't wait!

Today is Nikki's birthday and today she turns 27, looking back over the past year since her 26th Birthday and Website Launch she has certainly achieved a lot. Theres her OK! Magazine Hotstars and Big Brother Columns, she has completed her book Dying to be thin which is out on the 7th May and her entertaining reports on Big Brothers Little Brother. This year as Big brother 10 aproaches what better way of celebrating then adding her 2008 BBLB Reports to the main gallery.
Coming up for Nikki in May is her Book Launch on May 7th and the 2nd Body Gossip show at the hub on May 10th. Nikki is also in a show with ,The Three Mediums, recorded on their live show on april 18th will be shown on Living 2 on May 24th.

Nikki Grahame talks with Richard Bacon on his Late Night Chat Show which was on BBC5 thursday 9th April. The subject was Eating Disorders and some disturbing PRO-ANNA websites that promote Anorexia. Nikki was introduced before the news and Richard asked her if she brought her dogs but she said they were tired and went to bed at 10.30pm and they wear her out too!
In the main discussion they talked about Pro Anorexia Websites (which is what Ferne Cotton's documentary was about) and Richard mentioned Nikki's book Dying to be Thin which will be out next month! She talked about her experiences in hospital, and the children's psychiatric units (she was in the latter for 6mths aged 8), her two attempted OD's. The pro-anorexia websites weren't around when Nikki was ill so she wasn't affected by them.
Nikki talked about the BEAT website and their blogs, they offer good advice but she said these pro-anorexia websites are damaging. She believes girls use these pro-ana sites because they share common ground and experience with other sufferers - its all about self-destruction and self-abuse, she says its a life sentence - not all cases are the same, she will live with it for the rest of her life but has it at bay, its just a small part of her mind.
When asked what else she was up to Nikki mentioned her Hot Stars column every week in OK! magazine- Richard said he'll check it out.
Body Gossip Nikki will again appear in Body Gossip supporting BEAT on Sunday 10th May 2009 at The Hub, with the same cast and the same scripts. This is the 2nd show where celebrities read the stories about real people and their real bodies. Hi everyone I am having the best time ever in Thailand. I am staying at this hotel called the Indigo Pearl Resort. I would just like to say what an amazing time I'm having here and how this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in my life! The rooms are out of this world with a different theme to each one. I am staying in the "Captains Ship" which has two levels, a double bed and 2 singles, its own sauna, jaccuzi, movie room 2 baths and 4 showers!!!!!!!!!!!! unimaginable!!!

Nikki Grahame's appearance on Teeth Grinder BBC3 on Friday. Nikki was Scrunter's special guest this week. But thats not all as Nikki gave an amazing interview with ITN on her night out at the Snickers No Nuts! No Entry! Event and meets Mr T.

This was a very funny interview with DJ Scrunter, a puppet who Nikki compared to Chuckie the doll from the Movie Childs Play lol. Its Nikki's 2nd time in Northern Ireland, the first time was for 2 PA's in Newry.
Nikki mentions her OK! column, her book, her time on Big Brother and her worst ever date. She also talked about her OCD and complained about the dirty desk and cups. Then she was offered a bottle of cheap wine by the DJ which Nikki smelled, and frowning in disgust said it made her feel sick and its what some tramp on the bus would be drinking. Nikki's video's are number 4, 5 and 6, Nikki really opened up and is deffo her best interview to date about her book, her anorexia, big brother and whats happening in her life.
Nikki mentions her car accident where she cracked her head open but has healed nicely. Nikki talks about how she spent all of last year writing her book Dying To be thin and includes how she spent 8 years in hospital and about her struggle with anorexia.
Nikki said "I want to help young girls who are struggling with anorexia and if my book can save 1 life it would have been worth it".
Nikki talks about how hard its been to put her past on paper. But since starting the book which has taken her 15 months has been great therapy for her.
Nikki said "Its the best thing I have ever done, I have missed my childhood, I have done irreparable damage to my body, like I cant have kids, I have got acute osteoporosis in my spine, never had a period in my life, I missed my pubity, I missed all my schooling, have no qualifications. And so if I can pull a positive out of it by hopefully preventing other young girls falling victim to it, at least I have got something out of the illness".
Nikki goes on to tell of her experiences in Rhodes Farm and how she came home for 3 days and saw her old friends that had saturday jobs and a life. Then there was her that was so institutionalised and didn't know anything from anything and knew nothing but hospital and decided she just wanted to experience life. Nikki: "There is so much life out there and I just have to go and get it", that was the turning point for Nikki and to her recovery.
Nikki: "By going on Big brother is the best thing I have ever done in my life, its helped me conquer so many demons and I haven't looked back".
February 27, 2009 Nikki is praying for Jade recovery
Nikki gave this interview to the Press Association in support of Jade Goody when she attended the No Nuts! No Entry! party last night.
Nikki Grahame says she is still hopeful that Jade Goody will recover from cervical cancer.
Nikki spoke out in support of the reality TV star at an event welcoming A Team legend Mr T to London.
She said: "She's a very, very genuine girl and I just wish her all the best and I hope she has a miraculous recovery - miracles happen. Who knows, she could be alright this time in a couple of months."
"I think she will be, I think she's a fighter, she's a trooper, she'll get through this," she continued.
Nikki - who also found fame as a contestant on Big Brother - said Jade's plight has put "everything into perspective" and that she was pleased to see her happy on her wedding day.
"It's absolutely awful - it really puts everything into perspective. I just wish there was something I could do, I feel so helpless and I feel for her little boys watching their mum go through that, it must be awful," she said.
"If it was me I probably would've put a wig on and not faced up to it but she has gone out there and she is like 'yeah this is how it is' and just showed the world that that's what she's going through."
Lucy Pinder - who was in Celebrity Big Brother this year - said the publicity is making more women have smear tests.
"It can only be a good thing that it's making women out there kind of think about going and having their smear tests," she said.
Nikki also spoke of Jade's wedding in her OK! Column this week and said that it will have been just the boost she needs. She's going through a horrible time and hopefully she was able to take her mind off things for a few hours.
February 19, 2009 When Nikki Grahame met Supergrass
Supergrass is Nikki's favourite band and she last attended one of their gigs at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London on 10th December 2008. In the video is Nikki, her friend Leon and Supergrass Danny and Gaz. And she gives them all penny sweets! And says one of the band was so quiet last time, he just sat in the corner very shy and quiet eating his sweets...Nikki says she must have scared the shit out of him!!
The video is very entertaining, with Nikki having fun, doing some presenting and belts out a good rendition of one of their songs, as good as the band if not better.
Nikki is recovering from a car accident from the weekend and would like to thank everyone for all the get well messages. Thanks go to Leon for putting the video together, I am sure it will help cheer Nikki up.

Nikki will be part of the celebrity cast in Body Gossip at The Hub, King's Cross, London on Sunday 29th March 2009 at 7pm. Body Gossip has been organised to support BEAT and is the brainchild of presenter and actress Ruth Rogers, who is hosting the event. Nikki will be joined by Donnaleigh Bailey, Anne Diamond, Mikyla Dodd, Shobna Gulati, Jen Hunter, Chloe Marshall as part of the celebrity cast to act out real stories.

February 16, 2009 Nikki recovering from a car accident over the weekend
Nikki was in the backseat of the car when the driver braked suddenly, she hit her head on the front seat rest. Nikki suffered a head injury which required three stitches but it could have been a lot worse if it had been near her eye. She spent overnight in hospital and is now home being looked after by her mum. Nikki is physically shaken and upset by the incident but she is in the best of care.

Bertie Bassett celebrates his 80th birthday by getting married! Thursday 12th February... National icon and renowned ladies man, Bertie Bassett, today tied the knot at the Bassett's Factory in Sheffield. His bride, Betty, has sprung onto the celebrity scene in a matter of days after being identified as his new sweetheart.
The wedding coincides with Bertie's 80th birthday and Betty being chosen as the new face of Bassett's Red Liquorice Allsorts, the first character to be introduced in those 80 years.
Over 60 factory workers from the Bassett's line were given time off work to celebrate with the happy couple and some even got to play a role on the day. Factory manager, Shaun Wagstaff was Bertie's best man, having worked on the line for over eight years. He was joined by Craig Hitchen and David Golland as ushers. Emma and Kayla Owen, the daughters of factory worker Tyana Owen were Betty's gorgeous bridesmaids.
Bassett's Marketing Director, Cadbury UK, Martin Driver added, "Betty has already won a place in Bertie's heart but we're expecting her to be a big hit with the public too. We're confident that Bertie fans will approve of his new bride and wish them both the very best."
Best man, Shaun Wagstaff, said, "Bertie's been a big hit since he stepped into our lives back in 1929 swinging that liquorice cane and charming the ladies. I've only known him for eight of those years, but it's good to see old Bertie finally settle down – he certainly looked extra sweet for his big day."

January 30, 2009 Nikki on Richard and Judy - Video added
Nikki appeared on the Richard & Judy Show tonight, the show is repeated on Watch (Sky Channel 109, Virgin TV 124) on Monday 2nd February at 2pm. Nikki appears on the show with David Van Day and Vanessa Feltz talking about Reality Shows.
Nikki is introduced by Richard as one of the most entertainingly eccentric housemates of all time. They show a montage of Nikki's diary room moments. Of cause they ask her the same old question were you acting in all that, and are you really like that. Nikki said no, and that her time in the house was the best time ever and goes on to explain what she has got out of appearing on Big Brother.
Nikki said that appearing on Big Brother she has conquered her demons, which was hilarious, as one of the guests is Russell Tovy, who is in "Being Human" which is a show about a Werewolf. And Richard said that was Russell's job to conquer demons. Funniest bit of the show.

January 26, 2009 Nikki in Bassetts Video - Who is Bertie's new girl?
Bassetts have recruited The Red Consultancy for a mixture of PR, digital and event focussed activity to promote the iconic confectionery brand. They have started on youtube with a video of Nikki with a number of other celebs including Danielle Lloyd, Rachel Rice and Sam and Amanda from Big Brother. The story each of the celebs are telling in the video Who is Bertie's new girl? goes like this:-
"Sheffield's oldest bachelor has finally bagged himself a girlfriend - at the grand old age of 80! It is not yet known which lucky lady has picked the sweetest man in the world off the shelf, but in the words of his agent she is so sweet he could eat her for breakfast...."
Finally Nikki and the others ask "Who is She?" her famous catchcry. Viewers of the video are also encouraged to join the Facebook group "Who is She" where the story about Berties new girlfriend will unravel during the campaign.
The Red Consultancy has won a six-figure account with Cadbury Trebor Bassett to work on a Bassetts Allsorts launch in 2009....

Nikki reveals her delight that her mate Michelle Heaton has joined the Celebrity Big Brother house and shares her views on this years housemates. Nikki talks about the spoof wedding feature with Andy Scott-Lee and her regret that it has upset Michelle. Nikki also talks about her return to the big brother house and the new man in her life.
The fashion shoot pictures with the article, are simply stunning and, she is positively glowing and the picture of health. An extract from the interview below.
NIKKI GRAHAME "The BB Beauty on the housemates she loves and hates and how she hopes her pal Michelle will forgive her"
We heard Michelle was really angry that you Married Andy in a spoof photo-shoot.... "Well yes. She wasn't happy that I didn't warn her, but I was told not to say anything because the whole shoot was top secret. I didn't even know who I was marrying until the last minute. Then in walks my groom and I thought, s--t, I can't pull out now. I know it might sound bad, but the money did enable me to take my mum on holiday. It wasn't done in a nasty way. It was a light-hearted joke."
Youive been back in the Big Brother House and no one knew who you were... "I know! How embarrassing! How dare they? They dropped me in the garden on a crane for the paparazzi task. I can't believe Lucy didn't recognise me, she sees me out clubbing all the time. Those lot are only interested in their own reflections!"
In your summer Big Brother column, you said you wanted to date one of Rex’s rich mates. "I know and now I am! It all started very matey and then our feelings just grew. We get on so well and have such a laugh together. Mark's like a male version of me. We're both crazy and we both love doing things on the spur of the moment. He came out to Dubai for Christmas with me and my mum and it was the best Christmas ever!"
As part of this weeks shopping task on Celebrity Big brother, Nikki was raised above the garden wall, along with other celebrity guests Tony Blackburn and a Michael Jackson lookalike. Housemates Coolio, Lucy and Tina have become "paparazzi" and must stake out the garden and take pictures of any surprise guests that appear.
The first in the morning to appear was Nikki and its not surprising Coolio from the USA didn't know who she was. Nikki being such a small subject and high up in a cherrypicker Lucy and Tina couldn't recognise her either. But soon after Nikki disappearing behind the wall and examining the photo's Lucy and Tina did recognise her.
Following the kerfuffle that broke out the previous evening after Chesney Hawkes appeared over the roof of the House, the three paps were stirred into action a little before 8 o'clock in the morning.
"Oh oh oh oh oh oh," shouted Coolio as she appeared over the wall.
"Who is it? Where's me f****** camera?" asked Tina.
"What's your name? Are you not allowed to talk?" Coolio asked Nikki.
"Am I allowed?" replied Nikki, but the look on her face suggested she'd been told "no". And she was then lowered out of sight.
After she'd disappeared, Lucy finally recognised who she was: "You know who that looks like? It's that little thin girl. She's from Big Brother I'm sure."
"Oh, it's Nikki off Big Brother," Tina realised.
Its a shame none of the other Celebrities were in the garden and were fast asleep. Michelle Heaton who is friends with Nikki would have recognised her in a secound. Then again it was probably planned that way, having Nikki appear over the wall and someone saying Nikki's famous catch phrase "Who is she?" was an opportunity to good for the producers to pass up. So early in the morning while most are asleep and the 3 paparazzi housemates were all dead tired from an all night shift, Nikki appears over the wall. Watch the video on the C4 website

Nikki was at the Celebrity Big Brother 6 Launch reporting for Big Brothers Little Brother. Nikki introduces the Housemates one at a time as they walk down the red carpet to the house. Nikki calls Michelle Heaton over and gives her a kiss and announces that she will be rooting for her, and announces that they are friends again. Michelle had something to say when Nikki did the wedding parody photoshoot with Andy Scott-Lee. But its great to see they are still friends and Nikki will be supporting her while she is in the house.

On Wednesday I'm taking part in the Celebrity Driving Challenge in aid of Help For Heroes at the British International Motor Show in London. I'll be up against the likes of The Apprentice's Alex Wotherspoon and Danielle Lloyd!

SEXY REX JUST GETS BETTER! I'm so glad Rex stayed in the house and I really want him to win now. But he's making me feel quite disturbed. I've never fancied ginger men before but I'm starting to get a real crush on him....
ANNOYING BEX DRIVES ME CRAZY Bex - I hate her. I hate her, I hate her! I tried so hard this week to like the girl but I simply can't stand her. She's one of the most irritating housemates ever and she defines the word 'common'. She was so lazy in the cycling task - even Belinda did more....
BORED OF THE BEAUTIES! They say that beautiful people are boring because they don't ever have to work on their personalities- and I think Dale and Maysoon are the perfect examples of this....

Mamma Mia! fills me with dread - Nikki has no desire to see the movie.... The 70's were not her cup of tea.
BB gets girly - I think the new Big Brother housemates, expecially Sara, are brilliant....but if I had to put up with her snoring, I'd probably put a pillow over her head!.
Michelle and Andy's sad split - There have been a lot of stories circulating about Michelle Heaton and Andy Scott-Lee's marriage break-up and I just hope they can work things out amicably....

Hands off Chanelle - Well I have to say that I fancy Dale so much! I though he was boring but he's actually got quite a good personality. I'm definitely going to make a play for him when he comes out....I might be going to his house soon for Little Brother, so I'll get in there with his parents. I might take a present and mark my territory.
Lukes got Real Bex Appeal! - Did you see Bex and Luke snogging the faces off each other! I think it was definitely Rebecca's bid to stay in the house. I've been slagging Luke of recently but I do think he's hilarious....
Kat's a bit of a Sex Kitten! - When Kat snogged Sara, I couldn't believe it, even though I heard them speculating that she's bisexual. I wonder if she's had past relationships? We don't actually know anything about her, she's very secretive....
Rex Rocks! - You know, i've decided I love Rex. I'm going to make good friends with him and then he can introduce me to one of his rich pals. He's becoming more and more appealing as the weeks go by. His big ego is very attractive - he goes on expensive holidays every year and I'm going to go with him. I want to be introduced to his family and then I want them to give me some shares in his restaurant.

They should put Steph back in the house to cop off with Dale and knock snobby Jen off her pedestal. She was absolutely pathetic over that row about Rex and her silly picture, she used that to get everybody's attention She keeps harping on about how normal she is and how other people are after magazine deals...

How dare they all blame Mohammed for Dennis getting the boot! Nobody asks for that, no matter what they say, I'm really glad he stayed in the house. Everyone gives him such a hard time. I know he's a greedy guts but what's wrong with eating all the food? I used to do it...

Sylvia should have stayed in the house because she was the best stirrer. In the papers it said she's a spy who had a fling with Stuart but i believe Big Brother, they just met at the auditions. As much as I couldn't stand her and thought she was really sly and sneaky, she made brilliant TV. She made the show so good.

Supergrass is Nikki's favourite band and she last attended one of their gigs at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London on 10th December 2008. In the video is Nikki, her friend Leon and Supergrass Danny and Gaz. And she gives them all penny sweets! And says one of the band was so quiet last time, he just sat in the corner very shy and quiet eating his sweets...Nikki says she must have scared the shit out of him!!

Nikki reveals her delight that her mate Michelle Heaton has joined the Celebrity Big Brother house and shares her views on this years housemates. Nikki talks about the spoof wedding feature with Andy Scott-Lee and her regret that it has upset Michelle. Nikki also talks about her return to the big brother house and the new man in her life.
Nikki was at the Celebrity Big Brother 6 Launch reporting for Big Brothers Little Brother. Nikki introduces the Housemates one at a time as they walk down the red carpet to the house. Nikki calls Michelle Heaton over and gives her a kiss and announces that she will be rooting for her, and announces that they are friends again. Michelle had something to say when Nikki did the wedding parody photoshoot with Andy Scott-Lee. But its great to see they are still friends and Nikki will be supporting her while she is in the house.
