Nikki along with other celebrities are revealing what makes them smile for the BBC's What Makes You Smile? campaign, which is urging the nation to smile its way to better mental wellbeing by highlighting the health benefits of simple positive things we can all do every day.
What makes Nikki smile? "My dogs, Baby and Thumbelina, make me smile."
To mark World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2009, Headroom are heading to six BBC Big Screen locations, and we're taking with us a series of relaxing activities, a larger than life game, balloons, smiles, and even some celebrities. See below for details on where we'll be, and how you can take part.

Nikki Grahame is absolutely delighted that her book "Dying to be Thin" will be published in Holland at the end of October. It's a tribute to Nikki's hard work with the book, Body Gossip, B-EAT and her appearances on TV and Radio bringing the awareness of anorexia to the public, that its now to be published in Holland.
The book is doing well and is available online worldwide through Amazon and many other online stores.

Nikki was interviewed on Live from Studio 5 a magazine show hosted by Ian Wright, Melinda Messenger and Kate Walsh. The subject was "should reality TV contestants get paid?" and included a montage of clips from reality programs including Big Brother, with Nikki being in two.
