Nikki was a big part of the Big Brother's Awards Show Special which aired on E4, Saturday 23rd May. The show was hosted by Davina McCall, who handed out her awards to the housemates of the past 10 series of Big Brother. There was also an award for best series voted by the general public who cast their vote on the C4 BB website.
Nikki picked up the award for best tantrum. "Who else could it be but Nikki"? was echoed unanimously by everyone commenting on who should get the award. And which of Nikki's tantrum's would Davina choose? Davina was spoiled for choice and settled on Nikki's famous "Who is She" diaryroom moment. Nikki was happy to win, "At least I won something" she said with a wry smile. Nikki was also a runner up for Davina's Best Housemate Award.
The show ending with Nikki accepting the award for BB7 which was voted best series on a poll on the C4 BB website. Nikki was truly delighted and couldn't believe that BB7 had won, a series which she helped make the best ever.

There was an excellent discussion about anorexia following on from Nikki's admission that she has lost weight over the past year due in part to all…
Nikki tells Closer that she is once again locked in a struggle with anorexia and exercise addiction. "It's been worse in the past few months. I hate it, ... nothing fits me any more...." Nikki said "When I wrote my book last year I was a good example of someone who'd overcome anorexia. Now I feel like I have let everyone down."…
Last Sunday Nikki was off to the Northwood hairdressers in support of a charity appeal for Great Ormond Street Hospital. Nikki along with premiership footballer Jermaine Defoe posed for pictures with the salon team and signed autographs. Monday Nikki was busy with last minute organisation of her Birthday Party which was held at the Embassy Club London on Tuesday night, the party being a huge success. Wednesday Nikki was joined by other Big Brother stars for a funeral - as they help to bury the groundbreaking…

The SUN has a poll to see which Ex-HM you would like to see make an appearance on the last Big Brother. Its un-official but the poll seems to be attracting quite a bit of interest so why not vote for Nikki Grahame to go back into the house? After all she is still the most popular Housemate in many polls, definitely the most entertaining, you never know the producers might take note and its a bit of fun. "Everybody's favourite reality TV show, Big Brother, is gearing up for its last outing - and…
